Téa's new place. Come see it for yourself.
Téa bought her first house this year, and it's a pretty special spot. The property is tucked into the trees on a gated lot in Arlington, it needs to be seen in person to be appreciated. The 4th of July party is a great excuse to come out, explore the grounds, and check it all out.
You'll drive through a stone-pillared iron gate and up a brick-paved driveway lined with tall cedars. It feels like you're heading somewhere interesting, because you are. There's a gate code on the directions page.
The property sits on a wooded lot with big evergreens everywhere. There's a large front lawn (that's where we'll have volleyball and lawn games set up), and the whole place has a quiet, tucked-away feel even though you're not far from town.
There's an A-frame guest cottage on the property with a gazebo right next to it. It looks like something out of a storybook. Walk the path through the trees to check it out.
Yes, there's a treehouse. A real, full-size treehouse up in the trees next to the cottage. The kids are going to lose their minds, the adults probably will too.
The pool house has a cedar-lined vaulted ceiling, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. It's open all day during the party. More details on the pool & water slide page.
This is Téa's first house and she's proud of it. Take a walk around, explore the property, and enjoy the place. That's what it's there for.
